Lorna’s Closet use the Evri services for sending and returning items. Delivery charges will be added to the cost of the item at the checkout.

Evri Prices:

0-1 kg 2.99

1-2 kg 4.34

2-5 kg 5.86

5 -10 kg 6.36

10 - 15kg 9.28

Return

Products are set out with your satisfaction in mind. Each item will be checked prior to being despatched. In the event that you are unhappy with the quality or condition of the product, or there is a fault with it, your money will be refunded to you. Please email us at hello@lornascloset.co.uk with a picture of the damaged item. Items can be returned to Lornascloset within 14 days of receipt.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Returns will not be accepted if items have been worn, washed or damaged in anyway. Please return items in the original packaging. On receipt of a return you will be refunded by recharge on your method payment.

Cancellation - once an item has been shipped for delivery cancellations cannot be accepted
